Permanent Recruitment:

Each candidate is pre-screened by us using the process of obtaining references and briefing the candidate in full regarding the opportunity. Where possible our consultants will meet potential candidates or conduct an in depth telephone interview. Over 80% of our candidates are recommended to us on the basis of their successful track record.  At offer stage references are provided by previous employers, current or former colleagues, clients or client representatives and consultants/architects.

The process for freelance positions is similar to that of permanent recruitment.  References are especially important given the task-orientated nature of freelance or contract client requirements and Sphere Solutions endeavours to obtain a reference from every client when a freelance candidate completes an assignment to ensure suitability.
