Each candidate is pre-screened by us using the process of obtaining references and briefing the candidate in full regarding the opportunity posed by the employer. Where possible our consultants will meet potential candidates or conduct an in-depth telephone interview.

At offer-stage references are provided by previous employers, current or former colleagues, clients or client representatives and consultants/architects.

Aftercare

We maintain contact with all placed candidates to ensure the job is a good match. We may also be able to offer you a rebate period.
