Our client is a large and very well-established Tier 1 Building Contractor with a regional base in Cardiff and Bristol. They are a household name, well renowned for successfully carrying out a diverse range of projects up to £100 million typically.

Due to the award of a very large, high profile and prestigious project in Cardiff they are looking for a Senior PM to oversee and deliver a significant part of the scheme, which by itself is in excess of £100 million.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will have responsibility for a team of Project Managers, an M&E Manager and a Design Manager. You will ensure that the project runs smoothly and efficiently and this will involve ongoing liaison with the client as well as the rest of the project team including the commercial lead.

Candidates will come from a larger main contractor background, adept at delivering larger building projects, ideally above £50 million. Ideally, you will reside within commutable distance of the Cardiff area, although if you live further away the company would entertain covering lodging during the week.
