Description
Due to their continuing growth our client requires a Regional Operations/Divisional Manager to oversee a new business unit in the Southern counties. Our client is looking for a forward thinking client orientated senior manager who is currently working with a social housing provider. The successful candidate must be experienced in managing a motivated team with across live sites and planning/development opportunities. The candidate will have excellent relationships in place with Housing Associations, local authorities and RSL's and will have had exposure to Design and Build projects.
The successful candidate will be seeking a challenging opportunity in the social housing arena and be prepared to head up a new business unit in the region.
