Description
Our client is currently seeking a site manager who will be working on a roll out programme on refurbishment of banks based within Midlands. Here you will be responsible for various bank refurbishments, ranging in value from £150,000 to £750,000.
The successful applicant must have previous experience of working on bank refurbishments. Not only will you be responsible for driving the job, you will also control the costs of the job by cost planning with the project surveyor ensuring the assignment meets the strict budget. You must be familiar with a live environment and need to ba able to communicate clearly how the work will be carried out, whilst exercising effective management to prevent any errors or delays on programmes.
You must posses a proven track record with established main contractors in this field and posses an upto date SMSTS , first aid certificate and CSCS card.
