Description

Project accountability- for all disciplines – including operational, design management, commercial, bid, planning and safety relating to the project.

· Project strategy- Responsible for developing, setting and performance managing project strategy, from pre-construction to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

· Financial performance- Total accountability for P&L.

· Total accountability for risk management, compliance performance and performance reporting

· Customer- Overall and complete accountability for the Customer relationship.

· People- Project team leadership, to include resourcing, training and development, coaching and performance management.

· Safety- Leadership accountability for all aspects of H&S ensuring project compliance and reporting.

General Business Management:

· Member of the Business board, responsible for project performance reporting and accountability for the general management of the business – to include functional responsibilities, input to business strategy and business improvement programmes.

· Business Standards- Accountability for consistently promoting and delivering Business Unit and Group standards and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

· Reputation- Responsible for developing and preserving reputation with project Customers, Consultants and Supply chain

· Work winning- Leadership accountability from pre-qualification through to tender settlement.

· Supply chain- Responsible for performance management of project Supply
