Description
Our client is a multi-disciplinary construction and engineering contractor operating throughout the UK. They are looking to employ a Quantity Surveyor/Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Rail Projects Division and to work on a project in Bristol. The role will also include day to day pricing and commercial administration of Asset Management Works including traditional Minor Works, drainage and emergency reactive earthworks schemes in the Thames Valley area and South East.
Remuneration:
- £30,000 - £40,000 depending upon experience
- Car or Car Allowance
- Pension Scheme
The Person:
- The ideal candidate will have a contractor's background and preferably have worked for a major contractor.
- 5 Years Rail Experience is essential.
- Qualified to Degree level and/or membership of the RICS or equivalent.
- IT Literate, particularly in MS Excel.
