Description
Our client is a leading multi disciplined contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor within their building rail division based in Wiltshire.
You will be working initially on a framework agreement of projects throughout there Western region (Bristol, South Wales, South West) You will be responsible for the commercial and administrative systems, budgets and cost control procedures. Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the Contract Management team. Help ensure the business targets and KPI's are exceeded. Manage the commercial aspects of sub-contract accounts, from procurement to interim and final account agreement. You will be office based reporting to the Commercial Manager.
The type of projects you will be involved in are:
Station refurbishment, bridge refurbishments / replacements for Network Rail.
You must have a proven track record of successful building and or rail related projects, ideally be degree educated with 6 + years experience in a similar role.
