The Tenant Liaison Officer will liaise with tenants and construction staff regarding construction works and tenant needs, to ensure a safe and secure environment, ensuring access is achieved as planned in order to carry out the works.
Key Accountabilities include:
· Dealing with people issues in a positive manner.
· Establishing an effective communications system and organising community events, surgeries, newsletters and residents’ charter
· Ensuring tenants/ residents have a clear understanding of works to occur
· Arranging timely access to the dwellings.
· Ensuring tenant satisfaction is achieved.
· Keeping site team informed and maintaining good relationships with the tenants and construction team.
· Maintain a complaints procedure and deal with disputes and damage claims.
