Our client requires a Site Manager to work on new build housing developments. The successful candidate will be proactive in their approach with the ability to lead a team and meet targets. You will be responsible for all on-site activities and thus would need to develop a good working relationship with the Contracts Manager. Previous experience of 5 years + on new build developments is essential.

An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager working for a market leader in the supply of internal and external specialist trade packages. Working with the main contractor you will be responsible for the supervision of a large labour force undertaking the internal and external works. Applicants must have brickwork or joinery experience and preferably come from a trade’s background. The ideal candidate will be pro-active with the ability to lead from the front and drive numerous projects forward until the requirements of each project are met. Previous experience with Housing Associations.

Our client requires a Site Manager who is inspired by a challenge and the opportunity to make a difference. With a real passion for construction the successful candidate will have a proven track record in new build markets. Design & Build experience would be an advantage. The successful candidate must have 3 – 5 years previous experience as a Site Manager.
