Description
Our client requires a Quantity Surveyor due to an increased workload in the Wales area. Working for a national housing developer you will be responsible for all commercial aspects on new build housing projects. Autonomous in nature you will have a hands-on role dealing on a regular basis with sub-contractor. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience and be used to dealing with a large labour force whilst liasing with all relevant parties. You will be responsible for all related work across the site reporting to the Commercial Manager.
