Raquel joined the team as a Trainee in January 2015, earning her stripes in the Freelance Commercial market.
As one of our rising stars, Raquel won our prestigious Consultant of the Year award 6 months into her traineeship, testament to her tenacity and intuitive work ethic. Our Support Team
With a background working as an Administrator / Receptionist working front of house for the Welsh Local Government Association, Leanne decided to take a 5 year career break to raise her son. Leanne then joined Sphere in mid 2016 as the front of house for reception, formatting CV’s, dealing with daily compliance and working closely alongside the business support team.
With 10 years industry experience, Vikki currently manages the company business support team, as well as overseeing all Compliance-related matters. Working closely with the Management team, she is also involved with creating and developing the systems, tools and information needed for the business to grow.
Anna has previously worked within the building maintenance industry in various roles, and has experience of both domestic and commercial contracts. She says following policies and procedures is integral in achieving consistent results. Enthusiastic to assist the company’s growth and building its reputation and believes in supporting colleagues to provide high standards for both clients and candidates.
With a background in debt finance, Gemma joined Sphere in 2015 as part of our Business Support Team. She is primarily responsible for monitoring worker compliance, as well as assisting with various business objectives and projects on a company-wide basis.

Credit Control Clerk with over 15 years experience, with a background in Media and Drug & Alcohol Testing for Social Care.

Sarah joined the Sphere team in 2015 and has shown dedication to ensuring cash collections are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. She utilises her extensive knowledge in the legalities involved in providing a credit facility and has a wealth of experience in dealing with a large volume of clients including blue chip companies.
Linda works closely with the Finance Director to process all Accounts Payable, as well as providing executive support to the Directors of the company.
Having joined the company in 2006, she is a valued member of the team who has consistently demonstrated her loyalty and commitment to the business.
Taylor joined the team in 2016 after moving from a blue-chip company. With nearly two years experience of marketing, and a background in event management, she is committed to communicating the values we hold here at Sphere.
With over 25 years experience with the HMRC, Karen has an excellent understanding of how to operate legally and honestly. She joined us in 2016 and is already an integral part of the payroll team.
With 6 years experience as a supervisor in the customer service sector, Nina joined Sphere in 2016. Nina maintains, updates and monitors the quality of information on our database, demonstrating determination and a thorough attitude.
