Quantity Surveyor – Based in Gloucester

We are working exclusively with an experienced QS who lives in Gloucester. Most of his experience has been gained with a large regional building contractor where he spent 16 years. He went on to join a smaller refurb and fit-out contractor running predominantly on retail schemes. In hindsight though, this is very detached from what he was used to and he would be keen to return to mainstream main contracting with a reputable business locally.

He is a good reputable surveyor who is knowledgeable and reliable. He can present very positive references.

He is looking for a minimum of £50k plus package and his notice period is 1 month.

Candidate 2

Site Manager – Based in Plymouth

We are working exclusively with an experienced Site Manager relocating to Plymouth from Leicestershire.

He is currently working for a national house builder as a Site Manager on houses ranging in value from £450k-£700k and he was previously an Assistant Site Manager for another well-known national house builder. He has all the necessary tickets (CSCS, SMSTS, FAW etc).

He is looking for a salary in the region of £50,000-£55,000 and will relocate as soon as he has a new role.

Candidate 3

Quantity Surveyor – Swindon

We are working exclusively with an experienced residential groundworks Quantity Surveyor based in Swindon, looking for work within the South West.

Having set up, and successfully ran their own business over the last year, they have decided to come away and look for gainful, permanent employment with either a housing developer or groundworks sub-contractor.

Still relatively young, but with 8 years’ worth of experience, he can start immediately.

Looking for a salary of £40k+ plus package.

Candidate 4

Senior Quantity Surveyor - relocating from South Wales to Bracknell.

All 10 years of their experience since leaving University have been with a large PLC House Builder. Starting off as a Trainee/Assistant, working their way up to a Senior position. Ideally

looking for a Housing developer around the Reading area. Equally adept whilst working in the office, site and from home.

Salary to be around £55k plus package. Has no notice period, but can be up and running within 2-3 weeks.
