Assistant Fleet Manager
Abergavenny
£22,000k/£23,000k per annum (broken down into hourly rate)
Sphere solutions are currently recruiting for an Assistant Fleet Manager to work with one of the leading, regional civil engineering contractors in South Wales.
The Client:
Our client operates out of strategically located centres, with a large directly employed workforce and extensive plant fleet. They have the flexibility and resources to respond swiftly to client’s needs, and embraces both the public and private sectors including major and minor capital projects, framework and term maintenance contracts, partnering and joint venture alliances. Our client operate in a variety of sectors including rail, infrastructure, highways, utilities, surfacing and water management.
The role:
The client are needing someone to work out of their head office in Abergavenny as a short term replacement for someone who’s moved departments. This is a long term role with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. Your roles and responsibilities include:
Assisting the Fleet office during daily duties and managing over 600 vehicles
Access the camera’s and trackers – pulling reports,
Dealing with complaints and queries from members of the public
Update our MID insurance database
Parking Charge Notices and Speeding fines
Handling small Insurance EL & PL claims
Assisting Insurance Manager with various queries
Filing.
The Candidate:
Good all-round admin skills inc Filing, IT literate,
Excellent computer skills inc Microsoft office,
General common sense
Quick worker
Picks things up easily.
