Sphere Solutions are working with a regional contractor / developer to recruit a Business Services Manager for their experienced and reputable team for their experienced team based in Cornwall.

This organisation has a prominent reputation for delivering a quality driven project, working mainly in the residential sector building both housing and apartments to much needed areas of Cornwall. As The Business Services Manager you will work closely with the senior management team leading and develop progressive policies and approaches to service delivery, supporting the teams and customers through change. At the same time maintain and develop business management systems, performance analysis and reporting

 

What to expect:

  • Lead the Business Administrative Support Team to ensure the seamless provision of administrative services to the business

  • Manage and control expenditure of the office Corporate budget

  • Be responsible for corporate events, planning and management

  • Ensure a consistent approach to business reporting and be responsible for research, analysing, data collection and formatting reports and presentations for the business

For this role you will need to have a degree or level 6 qualification in business management or related subject, similar experience in a business administration environment, leadership experience and good working knowledge of M365, databases and information system.
