Civils Manager
£50,000 & Package
The ideal candidate must be able to take ownership of groundworks on residential schemes. You will Project manage H&S to the highest standard, have an excellent understanding and a proven track record of managing/delivering all aspects in the field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, co-ordinating and material sourcing/planning and buying, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required.
·         Schedule, co-ordinate the groundworks programs and packages 
·         Material planning, pricing and buying
·         Control all site spend and labour costings per project
·         Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements
·         Conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings
·         Share and pass on knowledge to teams
·         Ensure gangs/site operatives complete all required documentation
·         Track and document daily work productions
·         Co-ordinate delivery/pick up of materials as required
Suitable candidates:
·         CSCS, SMSTS & 3 Day First Aid
·         Must come from a strong civils background
·         Must be an experienced leader
·         Will be able to schedule, co-ordinate and procure
