Customer Care Co-ordinator



£22,000-£30,000 dependent on experience

Job Summary: To provide an efficient and professional customer care service to purchasers, post completion of their new build property. You will ensure customer satisfaction is high, whilst liaising with the Customer Care department to ensure any issues are solved.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming calls, post and emails relating to Customer Care

  • Validating complaints and resolving problems quickly and efficiently, seeking direction where required

  • Co-ordinating Customer Care Technicians, suppliers and sub-contract trades to resolve issues and make appointments for attendance, through to co-ordination of diaries

  • Liaising with the purchasers to ensure works have been carried out to their satisfaction

  • Monitoring persistent faults and bringing them to the attention of the Head of Customer Care

  • Process 5-7 month purchasers reports in line with the “Your New Home Guide”

Suitable candidates:

  • The ideal candidate will have Customer Care experience working within construction

  • Must be highly organised, methodical and self-motivated

  • Construction & New Build housing knowledge is advantageous

  • If you do not have industry experience, you must have relevant Customer Service experience

  • Must have a high level of IT skills
