Draughtsman

I’m recruiting a Draughtsperson to work for a large contractor at the new Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff.

• Cardiff
• £35k – £40k plus package

Our client will be responsible for the design, construction, financing and maintenance of the new Velindre Cancer Centre, a new leading cancer hospital that will meet the highest quality standards in terms of sustainability and innovation. This new centre, which will have a gross external area of 60,000 sqm.

The client are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Ideally resides locally to the area and happy to work on site
• Knowledge of Revit
• AutoCAD experience
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• Experienced at reading and interpreting Structural Engineer & Architect drawings
• Able to work under pressure to meet required timescales.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, word etc
• Willingness to do overtime to meet project deadlines
• Previous experience in a similar environment
