I am hoping to source a well organised, passionate & professional Executive Assistant to join one of my clients, a property development company. Based on a newly built, vibrant & sustainable community in the heart of Cornwall.
The appointed candidate will bring a broad range of skills & experience to the role - including marketing & creating presentations as well as general personal assistant duties. This is a new appointment for the business, reporting into the Portfolio Director, you will take direction & provide effective administration based support throughout the department.
Duties will include:
Sitting in on meetings and minute taking
Arranging travel, accommodation and meetings when required
Produce and track reports, ensuring they are also stored correctly
Co-ordinate Project Marketing via website, billboards and emailers
Drafting documentations and collating important information for important business documents & meetings
Creating impactful presentations for internal & external use
Suitable candidates: As well as being able to demonstrate all of the above, you must have atleast 3 years experience working within the property industry & 5 years working experience in an administration based role. A large part of this role will include marketing, any form of marketing experience is highly advantageous.
