Junior Estimator

I am working with a well-known, reputable and successful national house builder to recruit a Trainee level Estimator.

• Permanent
• Exeter
• From £26,500 

You will join their team and start building the foundation to become a fully qualified Estimator.

Working with the experienced commercial team, you will learn the following:

• Effectively manage the pricing of housing sites, from land costs to tender documents
• Sub-contractor liaison
• Pricing packages
• Understanding site budgets
• Quantifying materials needed
• Contributing to the delivery of high-quality homes

This is an excellent opportunity to offer dynamic and structured career progression.

Ideally, you will have some knowledge of estimating/costing and be working towards a HNC or construction-related qualification.

I’m looking for an enthusiastic individual with the desire to learn, who must have good IT skills and a confident nature. Applicants must have a full driving license due to the location of the sites.
