We are seeking an experienced office administrator for a growing construction company. The role will be varied, supporting both the commercial and site teams, office based.
The role will involve:
- General office administration, daily paperwork and document control
- Assist with buying, material and office procurement.
- Coordinating office meetings, minutes, dairy management
- Assist with marketing material and payroll
To be considered for this role, you will have good MS office knowledge, have experience as an office administrator, any previous construction industry knowledge will be advantageous. Ideally you will have longevity with previous employers.
Office house will 09.00 – 16.30 Monday to Friday.
