​Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Site Location: Bridgwater

Duration: Permanent/Full-time

Salary & Package: £50,000-£55,000 & Car Allowance or Company Car

Sphere Solutions have the privilege of working with a large regeneration contractor to recruit an experienced Project Surveyor to join a new build residential development in Bridgwater. My client is keen to hear from Project Surveyors or Senior Surveyors, as long as you have residential experience.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage sub-contractor accounts, including payments, orders and variations

• Report to the Commercial Manager

• General quantity surveying duties

• Commercial administration

• Regular site visits / client interaction

On offer is a salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience, a higher salary will be on offer for a Senior QS.

My client is keen to offer hybrid working, you will be supplied with IT to set up at home if you would like to split your time between home, site & the office.

On offer is a company car or car allowance and pension with a company contribution up to 5%.
