Sales Secretary
£22,000-£27,000 depending on experience
Job Summary: To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Director & Sales department. Working closely with the Marketing Administrator & Sales Advisors.
Duties will include, but may not be limited to:
  • Managing the update of sales releases, reservations, exchanges, completions and cancellations and optional extras on the in-house system
  • Circulating and electronic filing of all paperwork in relations to plot sales
  • Update daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Provide secretarial and admin support to the Sales Director & wider team
  • Diary management, taking & producing minutes of meetings, typing correspondence, filing and record keeping as required
  • Undertake any additional tasks as required, including – managing sales rota/annual, collating mileage and expense forms, ordering and managing welcome gifts
Suitable candidates:
  • Must come from a strong secretarial experience, working in a busy environment – ideally within construction
  • Knowledge/experience within housing or construction is advantageous
  • Must be highly motivated and organised
  • The ability the perform all of the above duties in a confidential and professional manner, handling sensitive information daily
