 Sphere Solutions are looking to speak with Technical / Design Coordinators that could be looking for a new challenge….

 We are looking to recruit a Technical / Design Coordinator for an award housing developer based in Exeter. You will join an experienced team and work along-side a Technical Project Managers, taking the lead on the co-ordination and delivery of technical information required for housing developments across the South West.



  • To provide support to other departments during the develop process

  • Co-ordinate the production of working drawings and all associated information to allow the site to move into the construction phase

  • Assist the Technical Project Manager with the appointment of external consultants

  • Coordinate application / submission for building regulations

  • Support the adoption of roads, sewers etc.

The candidate:

  • Experience of working within a housing developer, consultant or within practice at a technical/design level

  • Knowledge and understanding of technical services, planning and building regulations

  • CAD skills would be desirable

  • Good communication and IT skills are essential
