Quantity Surveyor

I’m currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a commercial team on a permanent contract

South Wales
£40k – £45k + Package
Permanent

They specialise in the following areas:

Foundation Solutions
Drainage & Infrastructure
Hard Landscaping
Bulk Earthworks
Ground Remediation
Retaining Structures
Piling Mats
Civils & Highways
GPS Controlled Solutions

The Candidate:

HNC or HND or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying
5 years experience as a fully functional Quantity Surveyor within the Construction Industry and experience in Groundworks and Civil Engineering is desirable.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent Communicator with strong presentable skills.
Able to form constructive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
Ensuring application debtors are minimised and prompt Final Accounts are settled.

Package:

Competitive salary depends on experience.
Flexible working hours available at the discretion of the Director
Annual leave 28 days + BH
Company Vehicle or Car Allowance
