About the Role

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge with a privately owned regional developer? Sphere Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established housebuilder, renowned for delivering high-quality homes across West Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate site operations, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Manage direct staff, labour, and subcontractors to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations on-site.
• Procure and manage materials efficiently to align with project needs.
• Collaborate with the commercial and design teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Requirements

• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Card (Essential).
• Proven experience in site management within the housing sector.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
