A Sphere Success Story - Sam Cleal
Sam joined Sphere in 2011, with absolutely no experience within recruitment or construction. Under the guidance of one of our Area Directors, Dave Jones, Sam began learning the ropes as a Resourcer for our Retail Division. With hard work and dedication, Sam quickly established excellent relationships with our Candidates for this sector. This was quickly followed by Sam forming some really strong, long lasting working relationships with some of the biggest contractors in Retail. Sam quickly saw promotion to Consultant, then Senior Consultant, and Principal Consultant.
Sam celebrated his 11th year with Sphere in 2022. It was also the year that a decade of hard work culminated in Sam achieving his promotion to Retail Sector Lead, meaning Sam now heads up the Retail Division for Sphere.
