Sphere Solutions is partnering with an award-winning housing developer to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Exeter office. You will be working across sites in both Plymouth and Exeter. Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Assist in the commercial delivery of new build housing sites, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.
• Collaborate closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure the effective commercial management of projects.
• Help manage costs, budgets, and procurement for housing developments.
• Support with cost forecasting and maintaining financial control on projects.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking candidates who:

• Are HNC/Degree qualified (ideally).
• Have a strong understanding and knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Are proficient in MS Office and COINS (preferred).
• Have proven experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector.
• Hold a driving licence.
