Now Hiring: Contracts Manager – Construction / Fit-Out

Location: Aberdare (South Wales)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + package (DOE)
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

We’re working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking construction and fit-out company that delivers high-spec commercial interiors and refurbishment projects across South Wales and the South West.

They’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring everything is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the full lifecycle of construction and fit-out contracts
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Overseeing H&S, site progress, programme, quality, and budgets
• Reporting on risks and performance metrics
• Leading procurement and subcontractor coordination

✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven background in fit-out and construction
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Sound understanding of CDM, H&S, JCT/NEC contracts
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid (preferred)
