Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Take full commercial ownership of construction projects
• Produce and manage Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs)
• Oversee and report on all financial aspects from pre-construction to final account
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth financial operation

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within housing or main/regional contracting
• Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualifications (HNC, HND, BSc, etc.)
• Ability to travel to various sites across Devon when required
• Strong understanding of cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management
