Job Title: Labourer – Long-Term Project at Plymouth Hospital

Location: Plymouth
Duration: 3–4 Years
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
️ Weekend work may be available

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Labourer to join a busy construction site team at a live hospital project in Plymouth. This is a long-term opportunity, with consistent work expected over the next 3 to 4 years.

Role Responsibilities:

• General site labouring duties
• Assisting trades and site management
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to strict health and safety protocols on a live hospital site

✅ Requirements:

• Customer care skills – essential due to hospital setting
• Experience in labouring – essential
• Reliability and punctuality
• Full PPE required
• Face Fit Certificate – required (must be able to wear a face fit mask)
• Valid CSCS card – preferred

Pay Rates:

• £16.15/hour (Umbrella)
• £12.21/hour (PAYE) + holiday pay
