The Opportunity

Due to sustained growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, our client is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead high-profile projects from inception to completion.

You’ll be responsible for driving quality, safety, and programme performance, while leading project teams and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects across South Wales (Swansea to Newport)
• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results
• Oversee compliance with health & safety regulations
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction industry
• Track record delivering projects up to £30m in value
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Background in refurbishment, new build, or heritage work is advantageous
