About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a site-based Planner to join a long-term, high-value construction project in Exeter.

Sphere Solutions is working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 contractor to recruit a Planner with 10+ years of experience to lead the planning function on a major multi-million-pound scheme. This is a pivotal role ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish robust contract programmes from pre-construction through to handover
• Develop optimum working programmes covering design, procurement, enabling, construction, commissioning, and client milestones
• Identify potential risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
