QA Manager – Major Data Centre Project

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to join the delivery team on a flagship £300m data centre project in Newport. This is a long-term, high-profile opportunity offering senior-level remuneration and an excellent package.

The Role

As QA Manager, you will take ownership of all Quality processes across the construction phases of this technically complex development. You will work closely with project leadership, construction teams, and M&E specialists to ensure full compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Quality Assurance processes across the project lifecycle
• Develop, implement, and monitor QA systems and procedures
• Ensure construction quality is achieved in line with contract requirements and industry standards
• Oversee and coordinate QA relating to complex M&E installations
• Conduct inspections, audits, and reporting to maintain the highest levels of quality and compliance
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to project teams on QA matters

About You

• Proven experience as a QA Manager within the construction sector
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, processes, and compliance
• Demonstrable background in complex M&E installations on major projects
• Ability to work at a senior level, influencing and engaging with stakeholders across all disciplines
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
