Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in South Wales.

Role Purpose
To ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards — meeting programme, budget, and client expectations.
The Project Manager will take overall responsibility for project performance, team leadership, and client satisfaction, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of civil engineering or construction projects.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) requirements.
- Manage programmes, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive team performance through leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving.
- Oversee progress reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Support the development and mentoring of project team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working culture across all levels of the project.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience managing the delivery of construction or civil engineering projects.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrable experience in managing HSQE compliance.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in risk and opportunity management.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience in contract performance forecasting.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at Work
- Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) or Appointed Person (Lifting)
