You will form part of the management team, reporting directly to the Divisional Commercial Manager, and will take responsibility for the smooth commercial management of several projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate commercial information to assist in developing the divisional budget.
• Take ownership of project profit and margin delivery in line with forecasts.
• Deliver consistent, accurate value and cost reporting across projects.
• Establish and maintain a robust change control process to ensure appropriate contract price adjustments are identified and agreed with clients.
• Collaborate closely with the operational team to manage commercial activities and drive delivery and growth.
• Monitor project costs, risks, and performance to ensure commercial success.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional conduct.
• Support and mentor junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and development.

Key Requirements

• Degree or HND qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong understanding of site cost management and commercial reporting.
• Proven experience in civil engineering projects (essential).
• Experience working under NEC contracts.
• Determined, ambitious, and commercially driven, with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
