Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

About the Role

An established regional contractor is looking to strengthen their commercial team with a skilled Estimator, suitable for experienced or intermediate candidates.

This growing business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Commercial and Industrial sectors. Working alongside an experienced commercial team, the Estimator will support competitive tendering and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice on estimating strategies and best practice
• Review tender documents thoroughly and accurately
• Source and obtain competitive quotes for subcontractor packages and materials
• Prepare precise estimates for competitive tenders
• Collaborate closely with the Quantity Surveying team
• Maintain tender logs and file all bid documentation

Suitable Candidates

• HNC or Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
• Relevant estimating experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Full UK driving license
• Proven financial and budget management skills
