We are seeking a highly capable Senior Planner to lead the planning function on an exciting £70 million construction project based in Cardiff. If you have a strong background in construction planning, programme management, and delivering complex building projects, we’d like to hear from you. ## The Role As the Senior Planner, you will take ownership of the planning strategy for a major construction development, working closely with the Project Director, Commercial Team, Site Management, and key stakeholders.
