Site Manager – Timber Frame

Wadebridge, Cornwall | Permanent

Salary: £60,000 + Car Allowance

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in new build housing? We’re working with a well-established contractor seeking a driven individual to lead the delivery of a high-quality traditional build residential development in a sought-after North Cornwall location.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day running of a timber frame housing development.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to deliver the programme safely and efficiently.
• Ensure exceptional build quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance.
• Liaise with Contracts, Technical, and Commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.

About You

• Proven experience managing new build residential developments.
• Background working for a house builder or residential contractor.
• Experience with timber frame construction is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.
