Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 DOE + Company Vehicle or Car Allowance

Sphere Solutions are working with a well-established regional contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £6m+ listed building conversion in Plymouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business on a flagship project starting within the next few months, with a guaranteed programme of just under two years, alongside a strong pipeline of future work across the South West.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of a £6m+ listed building conversion.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and contractual processes.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and quality requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project.

About You

• Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience working on listed buildings, heritage refurbishments, or complex refurbishment schemes.
• Previous experience working within MOD, defence, or other secure environments is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working within process-driven environments with extensive client reporting and documentation requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to obtain the necessary security clearance (clean background required).
