The Social Value Impact Fund
One of the key features of Full Circle Futures is our Social Value Impact Fund.
Where Sphere Solutions operates on an agreed site exclusivity basis, 5% of the margin generated from designated social value placements is ring-fenced into a protected fund.
That fund is then reinvested into initiatives that support local communities, workforce development, employability, training and wellbeing.
Importantly, this isn’t about funding workers or offering discounts. It’s about taking value generated through successful recruitment delivery and reinvesting it where it can create the greatest long-term impact.
