Richard is a Facilities Management Recruitment Specialist, connecting experienced professionals with leading organisations across the UK. He has particular expertise across Soft Services and Property Management, recruiting key leadership and operational talent within cleaning, property management and Total FM contracts.
Combining strong sector knowledge with targeted headhunting and talent mapping, Richard takes a consultative approach to recruitment, working closely with clients to build high-performing FM teams and develop long-term recruitment partnerships.
Outside of work, Richard is a devoted family man with two children, a keen golfer forever working on his handicap, and dog dad to a slightly crazy Cockapoo. He is also a proud Trustee for Stand Against MND.
