Your responsibilities will include: – Managing the commercial aspects of fit out projects from start to finish – Preparing, reviewing and managing project budgets and forecasts – Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers – Preparing and agreeing valuations, variations and final accounts – Monitoring project costs and commercial performance – Identifying commercial risks and opportunities – Managing subcontractor accounts and payments – Supporting project teams with commercial advice and cost control – Maintaining accurate commercial records and reporting – Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers For a Senior Quantity Surveyor, there will also be opportunities to take greater ownership of projects, support junior commercial staff and play a wider role in the continued development of the business. ## About You You will ideally have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction, fit out, refurbishment or a related specialist contracting environment.
