Senior Site Manager Location: Bideford, North Devon Salary: £65,000 – £68,000 & Package Company: Sphere Solutions Sphere Solutions are working with a successful large regional contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a major new scheme in Bideford, North Devon. The successful Senior Site Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day construction activities on this major development, working closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider project team. ## Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of construction activities Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors and trades Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards Plan, coordinate and monitor construction activities across the development Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider project team Coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays or issues Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and relevant standards Manage site logistics, sequencing and resource requirements Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks Ensure all health, safety and environmental requirements are met Attend and contribute to site and project meetings Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders Provide leadership, direction and support to the wider site team ## About You Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager Strong traditional build experience Previous experience delivering multi-storey residential developments or apartment schemes Experience working with precast concrete and complex structural elements Experience managing subcontractors and large site teams A strong understanding of construction programmes, sequencing and site logistics The contractor is keen to interview quickly, so applications are being considered immediately. ## What’s on Offer?
