Sales Consultant

Location: Truro
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 + Commission (up to £10,000)
Working Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 5pm

About the Role

As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all sales on an exciting new development in the heart of Cornwall.

This is an exciting time to join one of Cornwall’s most prestigious house builders, known for their luxury brand and quality build. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive the sales process while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Successfully qualify, close, and support the sales process through to legal completion.
• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction for all customers.
• Ensure show homes/sales office presentation meets company standards at all times.
• Be fully aware of all the benefits and unique selling points of each home.
• Assist in market research to support the department.
• General marketing duties.
• General administration.

Requirements

• Must have new build residential sales experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Presentable and personable, both in person and over the phone.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interest in the property industry, with a good understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
• Proficient IT skills, including the use of relevant software and tools.
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.

• Basic salary up to £35,000
• Commission scheme up to £10,000
