The Role

As Digital Systems Manager, you will act as the bridge between technology and business operations, helping teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently through digital innovation.

You will identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes, improve data visibility, integrate systems, and drive the adoption of AI-powered tools across the business.

Working closely with operational and senior leadership teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering the organisation’s digital transformation strategy while creating measurable business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading and developing the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID
• Driving the adoption and optimisation of Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies across the business
• Designing and implementing automation solutions using Power Automate and the wider Microsoft Power Platform
• Developing Power Apps and workflow solutions to streamline business processes
• Creating dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools
• Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing technology-driven improvements
• Managing digital transformation projects from concept through to successful delivery
• Improving data integration and information flow across business systems
• Working closely with operational leaders and department managers to understand challenges and deliver innovative solutions
• Supporting the development of long-term AI, automation, and technology strategies
• Evaluating emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to create competitive advantage
• Promoting best practice across digital systems, data management, and business processes

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with curiosity, creativity, and a passion for continuous improvement.

You may already be leading digital initiatives, managing Microsoft 365 environments, developing Power Platform solutions, or supporting organisational transformation projects. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy solving problems, embracing innovation, and challenging traditional ways of working.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or workflow automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering digital transformation or technology improvement projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions
• Passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement
• Strong project management and organisational skills

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Power BI dashboard and reporting experience
• Power Apps development experience
• Experience implementing AI tools within a business environment
• Understanding of business systems integration and process automation
• Experience supporting digital transformation programmes
• Knowledge of Facilities Management, Cleaning, Security, or other operational service sectors
• Experience with data analytics, workflow optimisation, and business intelligence solutions
