Led from Manchester, our growing team will support construction businesses and professionals throughout the North, Midlands and Scotland. Although permanent office premises are still being established, the team is fully operational and already building relationships across the region.

Jamie Alexander – Permanent Recruitment
With more than 20 years of experience specialising in recruitment across the built environment, Jamie has developed an extensive network and strong track record spanning construction, facilities management, civil engineering and property services.
Having worked for both large international organisations and established UK recruitment agencies, Jamie brings considerable market knowledge and commercial experience to Sphere.
He is responsible for launching and growing Sphere’s presence across the Midlands, North and Scotland, with a particular focus on permanent recruitment and developing lasting partnerships with clients and candidates.

Daryl Hodgson – Trades & Labour and White-Collar Technical
Daryl is a highly experienced construction recruiter with an excellent understanding of the northern market. He is committed to delivering high-quality, responsive recruitment services across construction and its associated sectors.
His experience covers the full range of construction recruitment, from trades, labour and site-based personnel to white-collar technical and office-based appointments.
Daryl has supported Tier 1 contractors, subcontractors, regional SMEs and mid-sized contractors, giving him a broad understanding of the different workforce challenges facing businesses throughout the industry.
