Cameron is an Executive Consultant with nine years of recruitment experience, having progressed from a Trainee Consultant to leading the white-collar division at Sphere’s Southampton office.

He specialises in both permanent and freelance white-collar recruitment, supporting clients with roles including Assistant Site Managers, Site Managers, Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Technical Coordinators, Buyers, Planners and Engineers.

Cameron works across the housing and commercial construction sectors, recruiting for projects ranging from new-build housing and bespoke developments to hospitals, hotels, schools, universities, academies and leisure facilities.

Covering Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey, West Sussex and Wiltshire, Cameron is focused on building high-performing teams, developing Sphere’s white-collar offering across multiple sectors and strengthening long-term relationships with clients and candidates throughout the region.
