We are looking to speak with an experienced Site Supervisor / Assistant Site Manager to oversee the build of a one off house, working with the trades and at the same time being hands-on to deliver the project.

Ideally, you have a carpentry background and are used to building houses, one off-developments would be a distinct advantage. The role will involve the management of the supply chain, reading drawings, on-site health & safety, material control/ordering, building to programme, snagging and regular liaison with the client.

You will need:

• SSSTS or SMSTS & First Aid at Work
• Trade background and happy to be hands-on
• Good experience with the local supply chain in Cornwall
• Experience in building houses from DPC through to hand-over
