We’re working with a well-established and growing construction company based in Exeter, who deliver high-quality projects across a range of sectors including hospitals, schools, airports, and fire safety upgrades. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a proactive Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their team.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting the commercial team on a wide variety of schemes including educational refurbishments, healthcare projects, fire safety works and public sector developments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain excellent exposure to live projects and be given real responsibility from day one.

What They’re Looking For:

• Experience working on commercial, educational or fire safety projects (preferred)
• A genuine eagerness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a similar Assistant QS role or a recent graduate with some site exposure
